Reports are prepared monthly after RPR releases the next completed reporting month. New updates are checked and reviewed before being added, and every report is labeled with its reporting month.
Are condo and single-family statistics separate?
Yes. Single-family statistics are separate from RPR's combined condos, townhouses and apartments category. When there is too little activity for RPR to display the combined category's key statistics, the update explains that limitation and shows available single-family data.
How can sellers use these numbers?
Citywide trends provide context for pricing, available inventory and selling timelines. Your neighborhood, property condition and community details also matter. Mary and Ty can help you apply the report to your plans.
