The official Our Club page was checked October 23, 2026 for membership categories and the non-bundled distinction. The unavailable November 2024 rules PDF is not used as the current source; fees and individual property rights still require written confirmation.

What ownership includes—and what to verify
The Club's public FAQ says residence does not require membership and that nonresidents may join the member-owned club. Golf, Social and Social Summer Golf offer different privileges. Verify the selected category and any boat-slip, marina, beach or shuttle arrangements separately for the exact property.
Property-specific buyer checks
