Estate/single-family homes, detached and attached villas, carriage homes and condominiums.

Golf course, tennis, pickleball, bocce, fitness/wellness center, clubhouse and dining; neighborhood pools differ.
Access depends on the property and applicable membership terms.
What ownership includes—and what to verify
The country club and Master Community Association are independent governing bodies. Official HOA FAQ says at least one owner of each lot/unit must be a Social Member of the club; this does not establish automatic full golf privileges. The master association manages common areas and gates; some properties also have a local association with separate rules and costs.
Property-specific buyer checks
- Obtain both association and country-club estoppels; check any local association documents for a condo/villa purchase.
- Confirm the required Social membership, optional/current golf eligibility, transfer terms and all club/HOA charges in writing.
- Review the current rental guidelines and property-specific association rules; FAQ fee tables labeled 2024/2025 are not current 2026 quotations.
- Obtain current adopted budgets, assessments, estoppels, insurance and reserve information for every association affecting the exact property.
- Confirm current lease, pet, parking, guest, exterior-change and purchase-approval rules; obtain property-specific insurance and flood information.
- Arrange authorized showing entry; gates do not establish safety or eliminate flood or storm exposure.
Request current master and local association budgets, estoppel, insurance, reserves, assessments and transfer charges. Verify rental, pet, vehicle and applicable occupancy rules. Review flood and elevation information by parcel.
