Before you choose Tuscany Isles
KB Home announced a planned gated entrance in 2015. The airport appraisal also uses planned-development language; neither establishes today's entrance operation. Current entry evidence remains to be confirmed, so this retained guide is excluded from the strict gated-community filter.
Historical builder prices and the 2015 no-CDD promotion are not presented as current terms. Check current parcel taxes, association records and facility arrangements for the selected villa.
Homes and setting
KB Home's February 10, 2015 announcement describes single-story attached villas. Verify the selected residence's exact legal form.
Amenities and access
The 2015 builder announcement described planned pool/clubhouse and bocce facilities. Today's operating facilities, access and condition require current association confirmation.
Access depends on the property and applicable membership terms.
What ownership includes—and what to verify
Review the recorded restrictions and applicable association documents for the exact villa. Confirm what its assessment covers, including exterior, roof, grounds and insurance duties; do not infer current CDD status from the builder's2015 announcement.
Property-specific buyer checks
- Confirm current pool/clubhouse access and whether any historical bocce amenity remains operational.
- Request current association governing documents, budget, reserves, insurance and written assessment/estoppel information for the exact property.
- Verify purchase approval, rental, pet, parking and exterior-maintenance responsibilities in current documents.
- Check parcel flood information, insurance quotes and tax reassessment; an entry gate is not a guarantee of security or flood protection.
Request current master and local association budgets, estoppel, insurance, reserves, assessments and transfer charges. Verify rental, pet, vehicle and applicable occupancy rules. Review flood and elevation information by parcel.
