Before you choose The Quarry
A gated lake-oriented Naples community with a member-owned Beach Club. Its lakeside setting should not be described as Gulf beachfront or automatic Gulf boating access.
Homes and setting
Single-family and multifamily residences, as identified in the district's 2023 engineering material.
Amenities and access
Lakeside Beach Club, Resort and lap pools, Fitness and wellness facilities, Movement studio, Tennis, pickleball and bocce, Dining, Recreational lake activities and boating, Separate private golf club.
Access depends on the property and applicable membership terms.
What ownership includes—and what to verify
The Quarry Community Association's Beach Club, Quarry CDD and The Quarry Golf Club are distinct organizations/functions. The golf club has its own membership process. Confirm the residence's association rights and any separate golf or boat-slip arrangement rather than treating all amenities as bundled.
Property-specific buyer checks
- Review the current budget, reserves, assessments and estoppel for the exact property and every applicable association.
- Confirm current rental, pet, vehicle, guest and exterior-change rules before making plans.
- Evaluate the property's survey, flood zone, elevation, insurance and condition individually; community amenities do not establish property-specific risk.
- Review master association, applicable condominium and CDD documents and the parcel tax bill separately.
- Obtain written golf membership and transfer/approval terms; home ownership alone is not evidence of golf entitlement.
- Confirm any boat slip's ownership or lease, transfer terms, vessel restrictions and current availability.
- Review lake maintenance/drainage easements, shoreline conditions and approved exterior-change requirements for the property.
Request current master and local association budgets, estoppel, insurance, reserves, assessments and transfer charges. Verify rental, pet, vehicle and applicable occupancy rules. Review flood and elevation information by parcel.
