Before you choose Island Walk

A DiVosta-built Naples community with lakeside paths and bridges connecting residential streets to its Town Center.

Property-specific buyer checks
  • Review the current budget, reserves, assessments, closing obligations and estoppel for the exact property and every applicable association.
  • Confirm current rental, pet, parking, guest and exterior-change rules before relying on them.
  • Evaluate the home's condition, survey, flood/elevation information and insurance individually.
  • Use the latest sale application, new-owner packet and estoppel; the public HOA site currently lists an October 19, 2026 owner application.
  • Confirm maintenance responsibilities and model-specific architectural standards for the exact home.
  • For a rental, review the current lease amendment and tenant evaluation requirements.
  • Register authorized guests and vehicles using the HOA's current gate process.
  • Check lake-edge easements and any private pool, bridge/path or view impacts against the lot survey.

Request current master and local association budgets, estoppel, insurance, reserves, assessments and transfer charges. Verify rental, pet, vehicle and applicable occupancy rules. Review flood and elevation information by parcel.
